1. Payment Terms
International Distributors are required to submit payment 100% upfront by wire transfer or credit card to the
bank provided at time of order. Prepayment only.
2. Pricing
Pricing of products are based on current published Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD prices or on
negotiated contract or quoted prices. All prices are in US dollars. Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD
reserves the right to adjust/correct prices due to market conditions or data entry error. Shandong Leader
Technology Co.,LTD does not charge any sales tax for its laboratory consumables for tax exempt entities
3. Minimum Order Requirements
Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD has set a minimum order requirement for all orders being
shipped from China. Each LCL order shipped out must equal $2,000 or more before shipping costs
are included. A $90.00 documentation fee will also be included with every order shipped. This fee
will cover all documentation required for the exportation of goods from China.
4. Shipping Terms
Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD ships all products sea freight unless otherwise requested. Requests
for additional shipping methods must be made at the time of order. Further fees may apply for additional
shipping methods. Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD will appoint a designated freight forwarder for all
shipments unless otherwise requested. All shipments are dispatched from China directly to the port specified
by distributor or to the specified direct address. Please take note of the following information:
a) All products are quoted and sold as Ex-Work Changzhou Warehouse China.
b) Should you elect to use your own freight forwarder, you are responsible for all fees, taxes, and
shipping charges such as, but not limited to, documents fees, booking fees, telex release fees,
loading charges, as well as port security surcharges. You will pay such charges directly to your
freight forwarder.
c) Should you elect to use a Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD dedicated freight forwarder,
the "shipping and handling quotations" include all fees and charges in addition to the freight
cost to deliver the products or container to your designated port in your country. You will only
incur the cost to clear customs in your country and ship the products from the port to your
company warehouse.
d) We strongly recommend that you take advantage of the discount and special license and permit
expertise of Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD dedicated freight forwarder to ensure your
best savings and trouble-free clearance/delivery.
5. FTA & Tax Saving Forms*
Forms are now being offered for all orders being shipped from China to accommodate for free trade
agreements or additional tax savings. An application fee may be applied to each Form requested. A
detailed list of the Forms can be found on the third page. If you need to request further documentation which
is not listed on our form below please contact us for further information

6. Lead-Time
For in-stock products, the order will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. For products not
currently in stock or large volume orders, lead-time is generally 30 days following the receipt of payment.
7. Return Policy
The following will not be accepted for return: Private Label/OEM Products, and/or products purchased six
months or longer before Return Request. It is required that Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD provides
authorization for return upon approval of the above general requirements. Products that have not been
authorized for return will be returned to the Distributor at the Distributor's expense.
A) Returns for Restocking
1) It is the responsibility of the Distributor to ship the returned products to Shandong
Leader Technology Co.,LTD warehouse. A copy of all shipping documents must be
sent to Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD within 35 days of the Return Request. If
the documents are not received within 35 days of authorization, the authorization will be
void.
2) Products must be received in re-sellable condition. Shandong Leader Technology
Co.,LTD defines re-sellable condition as a condition, which will allow a return to stock
with out re- labeling, repackaging, or further handling. No opened packages will be
considered re- sellable.
3) Once the return shipment is received and approved as re-sellable condition, Shandong
Leader Technology Co.,LTD will issue a credit memo for returns meeting conditions
outlined the Return Policy. No other form of reimbursement will be made. The value of
the credit will be calculated at the original invoice price less a 35% restockingfee.
8. Claims
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all packages upon receipt. If any damage or loss occurs to your
ordered items during shipment, please report the details immediately to the carrier and to Shandong Leader
Technology Co.,LTD within 5 days of delivery. Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD is not responsible for
damage to outer cartons caused by transit; however, concealed damage or loss may be reported to
Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD for further evaluation and possible replacement. If a non-Shandong
Leader Technology Co.,LTD appointed freight forwarder was the designated carrier, Shandong Leader
Technology Co.,LTD is not responsible for any damage, loss or delay caused by the carrier.
9. Product Guarantee
Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD guarantees 100% satisfaction or your money back. We guarantee
the products to be free of defects in workmanship and material. Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD will
replace any defective material upon notification and authorization within 30 days of receipt. Our products are
described as accurately as possible, but design improvements require occasional changes and we reserve
the right to change our specifications and product offering at any time without prior notice.
10. Warranties and Liabilities
Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD accepts no responsibility and shall not be held liable for loss,
damage, expense, consequential, or accidental damage. This includes, but not limits to, damage to property,
person, or premises resulting from the use of these products. Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD
makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Shandong Leader Technology Co.,LTD be liable for
consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
